Conservation Easement and Baseline Biological Assessment
Client: Redwood Coast Associates/ Sanctuary Forest

MGW helped to develop a conservation easement for a private landowner in southern Humboldt County.  We gathered baseline biological information through habitat assessments and surveys.  We assessed the potential for presence of threatened, endangered and sensitive wildlife species and unique communities to determine the biological significance of this area.
